APRIL 2023

Note: Indoor track until Mid-April depending on weather ... please have clothing with you for both indoor and outdoor training
Devo athletes are MONDAY / WEDNESDAY / SATURDAY

Monday

6:00 pm - 7:30 pm

U of M - Indoor or Outdoor team Run

7:45 pm - 8:45 pm

Swim

Tuesday

Zwift Ride when you can during the day (We will continue to ride Zwift during the week as weather is unpredictable and most of you will be in FINALS for the first 3 week of APRIL)

Wednesday

6:00 pm - 7:30 pm

Thursday

6:00 pm - 8:00 pm
